SWIM FIT TRAINING

The Swim Fit Training is coached by David Clarke and provides a friendly environment to motivate, challenge and support you to reach your fitness goals, whether that is to lose weight, to tone, to improve technique or just become fitter.

This coached session is aimed at all abilities, whether you are a competing athlete or just looking to stay fit, focus is on endurance swimming and stroke technique.
